Order – Judge Sabatino – Conclusion of Temporary Assignment to the Supreme Court

SUPREME COURT OF NEW JERSEY 

The Honorable Jack M. Sabatino, P.J.A.D., having been assigned temporarily to fill a vacant position on the Supreme Court effective September 1, 2022; and 

The Honorable Michael Noriega having been nominated by the Governor, confirmed by the Senate, and having taken the oath of Associate Justice of the Supreme Court; 

It is ORDERED that Judge Sabatino shall return to the Superior Court, Appellate Division with the Court's gratitude for his exemplary service on the Supreme Court; and 

It is further ORDERED that Judge Sabatino shall continue to participate in Supreme Court matters that were presented to the Court prior to the date of this Order.
