Order – Judge Richard S. Hoffman – Reassigned on Recall to the Appellate Division

SUPREME COURT OF NEW JERSEY 

         It is ORDERED that effective March 1, 2024 and until further Order, Appellate Division Judge Richard S. Hoffman, retired and serving on recall pursuant to N.J.S.A 43:6A-13 and the Court's February 28, 2023 Order, is temporarily reassigned to the Appellate Division of Superior Comi as a settlement judge for the Civil Appeals Settlement Program (CASP) and to handle such other duties as assigned by the Chief Judge of the Appellate Division. This supersedes the assignment portion of the February 28, 2023 Order.
