It is ORDERED that Appellate Division Judge Paulette Sapp-Peterson, retired and serving on continued recall pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13 by the Court's Order dated July 6, 2023, is designated as Supervising Judge of the Civil Appeals Settlement Program (CASP), effective November 19, 2024 and until further order.
