It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Appellate Division Judge Mitchel E. Ostrer, retired on pension and having given consent, is hereby recalled by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system other than the Supreme Com1 for two years beginning September 5, 2023 through September 4, 2025; and
It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this two-year recall period, Judge Ostrer will be temporarily assigned to the Civil and Criminal Divisions of Superior Court in Mercer County (Vicinage 7).
