Order - Judge Michael J. Haas Recalled to Temporary Judicial Service

SUPREME COURT OF NEW JERSEY 

It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Appellate Division Judge Michael J. Haas, retired on pension and having given consent, is hereby recalled by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system other than the Supreme Court for two years effective immediately through September 3, 2026; and  

It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this two-year recall period, Judge Haas will be temporarily assigned to the Civil, Criminal, and Family Divisions of Superior Court in Burlington County (Vicinage 3).
