Order – Judge Michael E. Hubner Continued on Judicial Recall

SUPREME COURT OF NEW JERSEY 

        It is ORDERED, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, that Superior Court Judge Michael E. Hubner, retired on pension and having given consent, is hereby continued on recall by the Supreme Court, for temporary service within the judicial system other than the Supreme Court, for two years effective December 16, 2023 through December 15, 2025 or until further order; and 

        It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this two-year recall continuation, Judge Hubner will remain temporarily assigned to the Criminal Division of Superior Court in Morris County (Vicinage 10).
