Order – Judge M. Patricia Richmond Continued on Judicial Recall

SUPREME COURT OF NEW JERSEY 

              It is ORDERED, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, that Superior Court Judge M. Patricia Richmond, retired on pension and having given consent, is hereby continued on recall by the Supreme Court, for temporary service within the judicial system other than the Supreme Court, for two years effective December 9, 2023 through December 8, 2025 or until further order; and 

              It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this two-year recall continuation, Judge Richmond will remain temporarily assigned to the Civil Division of Superior Court in Burlington County (Vicinage 3) and to the Intensive Supervision Program (ISP) to serve on judicial panels.
