Order – Judge Linda G. Baxter Continued on Judicial Recall (Ocean Criminal)

It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Appellate Division Judge Linda G. Baxter, retired on pension and having given consent, is hereby continued on recall by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system other than the Supreme Court, for two years effective September 4, 2024 through September 3, 2026, or until further order; and

It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this two-year recall continuation, Judge Baxter will remain temporarily assigned to the Criminal Division of Superior Court in Ocean County (Vicinage 14).
