Order - Judge Frederic R. McDaniel – Continued on Judicial Recall.

It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Superior Court Judge Frederic R. McDaniel, retired on pension and having given his consent, is hereby continued on recall by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system other than the Supreme Court for two years, effective January 2, 2023 through January 1, 2025, or until further Order; and 

It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this two-year recall continuation, Judge McDaniel will remain temporarily assigned to the Criminal and Family Divisions of Superior Court in Union County (Vicinage 12).
