Order – Judge Ernest M. Caposela – Additional Recall Assignment – Statewide Authorization to Handle Certain Criminal Calendars

SUPREME COURT OF NEW JERSEY 

           It is ORDERED that retired Superior Court Judge Ernest M. Caposela's statewide assignment on recall to assist in the ongoing implementation, maintenance, and improvement of Criminal Justice Reform, as set forth in the Court's May 2, 2023 recall order, includes his assignment statewide to the Criminal Division of Superior Court to handle particular Criminal calendars as assigned by an Assignment Judge in consultation with the Administrative Director of the Courts.
