Order – Judge David J. Weaver – Approval of Judicial Recall

It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Superior Court Judge David J. Weaver, retired on pension and having given consent, is hereby recalled by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system other than the Supreme Court for two years beginning December 1, 2023 through November 30,2025; and

It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this two-year recall period, Judge Weaver will be temporarily assigned to the Civil Division of Superior Court in Sussex County (Vicinage 10).
