Order – Judge Clarkson S. Fisher, Jr. – Revised Recall Assignment

Retired Appellate Division Judge Clarkson S. Fisher, Jr. will be serving on recall pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13 effective September 1, 2023 through August 31, 2025 as authorized by the Court's May 17, 2023 Order. It is ORDERED that during this two-year recall period, Judge Fisher will be temporarily assigned to the Appellate Division of Superior Court (a) as a settlement judge for the Civil Appeals Settlement Program (CASP), (b) as a member of the Committee on Opinions pursuant to N.J.S.A. 1:36-2, and (c) to handle such other duties as assigned by the Chief Judge of the Appellate Division. This supersedes the assignment portion of the May 17, 2023 Order.
