Order - Judge Christine Smith Designated as a Wiretap Judge for Vicinage 1 (Atlantic/Cape May)

It is ORDERED that the August 14, 2020 order designating as Wiretap Judges those Superior Court judges authorized to receive applications for and to enter orders authorizing interceptions of wire, electronic or oral communications pursuant to the New Jersey Wiretapping and Electronic Surveillance Control Act, N.J.S.A. 2A:156A-1 et seq. (“Wiretap Judges Order”), which order has been amended by a series of orders, is further amended effective April 1, 2025 so as to designate Superior Court Judge Christine Smith as Wiretap Judge for Vicinage 1 (Atlantic/Cape May).
