Order – Judge Avion Benjamin Designated as General Equity Disqualification Judge for the Essex Vicinage, Effective July 1, 2024

It is ORDERED that effective July 1, 2024 and until further Order, Superior Court Judge Avion M. Benjamin is hereby designated as the General Equity Disqualification Judge for Essex County (Vicinage 5). This will amend the 2023-2024 General Assignment Order dated July 31, 2023.
