Order – Family Case Management Order Form Deleted as an Appendix to the Rules of Court

It is ORDERED that, as shown in the attached, the Family Case Management Order (R. 5:5-7) form, which presently is included in the Rules Governing the Courts of the State of New Jersey (“Rules of Court”) as Appendix X, is deleted as an appendix to the Rules of Court effective December 1, 2024.
