Order – Extension of Vicinage 10 Venue of Civil Tracks 1 and 2 and Family Dissolution Cases in Both Morris and Sussex Counties

SUPREME COURT OF NEW JERSEY 

             It is ORDERED that the provisions of the order issued October 4, 2022, pursuant to Rule 4:3-2( c) as applied to Vicinage 10 (Morris and Sussex Counties), that provided that venue for all Civil matters (Tracks 1 and 2 only) and for all Family dissolution plenary hearings and trials shall be laid in both Morris and Sussex Counties, are extended retroactive to October 4, 2023 through October 4, 2024. As set forth in that October 4, 2022 order, this is in addition to the existing March 9, 2016 Order providing for venue in Morris County for all Civil matters filed in Sussex County.
