Order - Designation of Judge Mark S. Ali as Essex Acting Assignment Judge in the Event of the Unavailability of the Assignment Judge

It is ORDERED that effective immediately and until further order, Superior Court Judge Mark S. Ali is designated as Acting Assignment Judge in the event of the unavailability of the Assignment Judge for Essex County (Vicinage 5).  This amends the 2024-2025 General Assignment Order dated July 16, 2024.
