Order - Designation of Judge John C. Porto as Vicinage 1 Acting Assignment Judge in the Event of the Unavailability of the Assignment Judge (Effective April 1, 2025)

SUPREME COURT OF NEW JERSEY 

      It is ORDERED that effective April 1, 2025 and until further order, Superior Court Judge John C. Porto is designated as Acting Assignment Judge for Atlantic and Cape May Counties (Vicinage 1) in the event of the unavailability of the Assignment Judge.  This will amend the 2024-2025 General Assignment Order dated July 16, 2024.
