Order - Designating Superior Court Judges Aimee R. Belgard and Richard J. Nocella as Acting Assignment Judges for the Burlington Vicinage in the Event of the Unavailability of the Assignment Judge – Effective April 5, 2025

It is ORDERED that effective April 5, 2025 and until further order, (a) Superior Court Judge Aimee R. Belgard is designated as Acting Assignment Judge for Burlington County (Vicinage 3) in the event of the unavailability of the Assignment Judge, and (b) Superior Court Richard J. Nocella is designated as Acting Assignment Judge for the vicinage in the event of the unavailability of both the Assignment Judge and Judge Belgard.  This will amend the 2024-2025 General Assignment Order dated July 16, 2024.
