It is ORDERED that Friday, November 24, 2023 shall be a court recess day with only emergent matters to be handled in the state courts; and
It is FURTHER ORDERED that, in the computation of time periods under the Rules of Court and under any statute of limitations, the day on which the Clerks' Offices are closed pursuant to this Order shall be deemed the same as a legal holiday.
