Order - Correction to 2022-2023 General Assignment Order as to Tax Court Judge Orsen's Assigned Municipalities.

This amends the 2022-2023 General Assignment Order, dated August 15, 2022, so as to delete Oakland from the list of Bergen County municipalities excepted from assignment to Tax Court Judge Jonathan A. Orsen, effective retroactive to September 1, 2022.

The assignment for Judge Orsen thus reads as follows:

"Bergen (Except: Allendale, Bergenfield, Carlstadt, Edgewater, Elmwood Park, Englewood, Englewood Cliffs, Fair Lawn, Fairview, Franklin Lakes, Garfield, Hackensack, Ho-Ho-Kus, Midland Park, New Milford, Tenafly, Teterboro, Waldwick, Wallington, Washington, Wyckoff)".
