Order – Board of Bar Examiners – Reappointments; New Chair and Vice-Chair Designations

Pursuant to Rule 1 :23 -1, it is ORDERED that the following members of the Board of Bar Examiners ("Board") are reappointed to the Board for new three-year terms retroactive to June 1, 2023 through May 31, 2026:

Bindi C. Patel, Esq.,
Peter M. Halden, Esq.; and

And it is FURTHER ORDERED that Board member Richard E. Tilton, Esq. and Bindi C. Patel, Esq. are designated as Board Chair and Vice-Chair respectively, effective immediately.
