Order – Appellate Division Judge Francis J. Vernoia Recalled to Temporary Judicial Service (Effective October 11, 2024 through December 31, 2024).

It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Appellate Division Judge Francis J. Vernoia, who will retire on pension effective October 11, 2024 and having given consent, is hereby recalled by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system, other than the Supreme Court, effective October 11, 2024 through December 31, 2024, or until further Order; and

It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this period of recall service, Judge Vemoia is temporarily assigned to Pai1 C of the Appellate Division of Superior Court.
