Order – Amendment to Court Rule 1:15-1(b) – Limitation on Practice of Attorneys Serving as Judges and Surrogates – Judges of Municipal Courts

It is ORDERED that the attached amendments to Rule 1: 15-1 ("Limitation on Practice of Attorneys Serving as Judges and Surrogates" of the Rules Governing the Courts of the State of New Jersey are adopted to be effective August 1, 2023.
