Order – Additional Recall Assignment for Judge Scott J. Moynihan – Hunterdon Criminal

It is ORDERED that retired Superior Court Judge Scott J. Moynihan, serving on recall pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13 by the Court's Order of January 3, 2023, in addition to the assignment set forth in that Order, is hereby additionally temporarily assigned to the Criminal Division of Superior Court in Hunterdon County (Vicinage 13), effective immediately and until further order.
