Notice - Rescission of Directive #11-08 Regarding Procedures for Transmitting PSI Reports, Judgments of Conviction, and Violation of Probation Summary Reports to the Department of Corrections and the State Parole Board.

This notice is to advise that Directive #11-08 (“Interagency Agreement (Judiciary, Department of Corrections, State Parole Board) on the Processing of PSI Reports, Judgments of Conviction, and VOP Summary Reports,” issued May 20, 2008, corrected July 30, 2008) is rescinded effective immediately.

That Directive set forth procedures for the Judiciary to follow in transmitting presentence investigation (PSI) reports, judgements of conviction (JOC’s), and violation of probation (VOP) summary reports to the Department of Corrections and to the State Parole Board. The Directive is no longer needed since the Judiciary has entered into memoranda of understanding with both the Department of Corrections and the State Parole Board covering such matters and procedures.
