Pursuant to Rule 4:42-1 l{a)(ii), the post-judgment annual rate of interest for judgments not exceeding the monetary limit of the Special Civil Part at the time of entry for calendar year 2025 ( commencing January 1, 2025) will be 5 .5%.
Pursuant to Rule 4:42-1 l(a)(iii), the post-judgment annual rate of interest for judgments exceeding the monetary limit of the Special Civil Part at the time of entry for calendar year 2025 (commencing January 1, 2025) will be 7.5%.
