Partial Closure of Somerset County Courthouse Facilities on Tuesday, October 8, 2024 for Planned Security Drill 

          Judiciary areas in the Somerset County Courthouse, Historic Courthouse and 40 North Bridge Street will be CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 8, 2024, for a planned security drill. On that day, between 8:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., anyone seeking a temporary restraining order should make application at their local police department.  Temporary Restraining Orders issued on October 8, shall be scheduled for a Final Hearing on Thursday, October 17, 2024, at 8:30 a.m.  No matters will be heard in the Somerset County Courthouse during the drill from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
