Pro Hac Vice, In-House Counsel, Foreign In-House Counsel and Multijurisdictional Practitioner attorneys are subject to the same requirements as licensed members of the New Jersey Bar under a number of Court Rules.  Among these are the requirements to pay the annual assessment.  The Supreme Court has entered an Order declaring ineligible in New Jersey those Pro Hac Vice, In-House Counsel, Foreign In-House Counsel and Multijurisdictional Practitioner attorneys not in compliance with the 2023 annual assessment.  Those Orders and the associated Ineligible Lists follow. 

Pro Hac Vice, In-House Counsel, Foreign In-House Counsel and Multijurisdictional Practitioner attorneys will be removed from the 2023 Ineligible Lists without further order of the Court upon filing the annual registration statement for 2023 together with payment of ALL of the following:  the 2023 annual payment of $239, the $40 late fee, any arrears due from prior years, and a reinstatement fee of $50 if being removed from one calendar year Ineligible List or $100 if being removed from two or more calendar years' Lists.  Please note: Mandatory online registration and payment is now in effect and can be completed at www.njcourts.gov/attorneys/attorney-registration.
