Notice – Conforming Amendment to Guideline 1 of the Guidelines for Operation of Plea Agreements in the Municipal Courts of New Jersey

Consistent with its February 23, 2024 Order withdrawing Guideline 4 of the Guidelines for Operation of Plea Agreements in the Municipal Courts of New Jersey, the Supreme Court has adopted the attached conforming amendments to Guideline 1 ("Purpose"), effective immediately.
