As of December 26, 2023, attorneys and the public can access the Judiciary’s Roster of Statewide Approved Parenting Coordinators on njcourts.gov.
Pursuant to Administrative Directive #16-23, issued September 1, 2023, the court may appoint a parenting coordinator to assist parents with their court-ordered parenting plan and resolve day-to-day custody and parenting time issues.
Parties may select a parenting coordinator from the Judiciary’s Roster which is made up of professionals who received necessary training and meet specific qualifications. Parents may also consent to utilize a parenting coordinator who is not on the Judiciary’s Roster.
