Will I always have a preliminary/probable cause hearing and a revocation hearing?

It is possible for the probable cause hearing to be converted to a revocation hearing. Such conversion may only occur on the scheduled hearing date with your consent and that of all interested parties, including the hearing officer. In such a case, only one hearing, a revocation hearing, will be conducted. If you elect to proceed with a probable cause hearing, the hearing officer will need to determine whether a revocation hearing will be conducted in your case.
