Parenting Coordinator Program

The goal of my parenting coordination services is to improve communications between the parents to foster a mutually respectful environment where their children have the opportunity to thrive and ultimately communicate with one another as not to need my services.

Faith A. Ullmann, Esq., is a Certified Matrimonial Law Attorney with 30 years of Family Law experience. Ms. Ullmann is also an Approved Family Mediator since 2003. Ms. Ullmann has received her Parenting Coordination training through the Association for Family Conciliation Courts (AFCC) in 2013 and 2018, and the specialized Parenting Coordinator training through the NJSBA in 2025. Ms. Ullmann has been appointed by the Court as a Parenting Coordinator in numerous cases.

I have been practicing law for 30 years. I focus on conflict resolution and collaboration that minimizes court intervention. I help families to develop effective communication, and find solutions that promote cooperation and compromise. I understand the challenges and emotional toll that high-conflict situations can have on families, and I am committed to prioritizing your children’s best interests with efficient and positive outcomes. I am a R: 1:40 Qualified Mediator, Marital Early Settlement Panelist, and trained in Collaborative Divorce. Additionally, I am a parent to three children and three stepchildren, and have experience with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Anxiety, and ADHD. I have flexible scheduling with the ability to meet virtually.

April Katz Israeli, Esq., is certified as a parenting coordinator pursuant to R.5:8D and as an economic mediator, pursuant to R.1:40. April has over 30 years of handling high conflict family matters, with issues ranging from parenting time, to religious/cultural concerns, to medical care and education, and even pet custody. April will work with you to find solutions that fit your family’s needs.
