As a retired Judge in the Family Part, having served in both Passaic and Bergen Counties, I have acquired a comprehensive knowledge of issues that arise in family dissolutions and disputes. This includes alimony, child support, equitable distribution, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, relocation, the valuation and distribution of complex assets, and post-judgment modifications. On the Bench, and now as a Mediator, it has been my goal to assist the parties in amicably resolving their matters. In addition to my training as a Mediator, I am trained in Arbitration and Collaborative Law.
