Parenting Coordinator Program

Mr. Tuchman is a trained Parenting Coordinator with experience in dealing with divorce and
high-conflict parenting situations. He is also Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a
Matrimonial Law Attorney, a Court-qualified family law mediator, and specially trained as a
collaborative divorce attorney.

Beth holds dual degrees in law and social work. After receiving initial training 15 years ago, she has worked with dozens of families as a Parenting Coordinator and Guardian Ad Litem, being appointed by the court or referred to by counsel. Beth looks at families using a strengths-based perspective and works with parents to achieve better communication and accountability for the sake of their children.

I have been a Court Approved Family Law mediator since 2001. Approximately 50% of my practice
is mediating Family Law matters. I have been selected by Judges and attorneys as a Parenting
Coordinator for Family Law matters over the past two years and have lectured for ICLE on the
benefits of having a PC in highly contentious matters.

Ms. Nunnink has served families in New Jersey for over thirty years. She is empathetic and collaborative in her function as a parenting coordinator. Ms. Nunnink is a practicing family law attorney.

I have been practicing law for 20 years. I am a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML) and have been Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Matrimonial Law Attorney since 2013. I am also trained in Collaborative Law.

Jessica is a trained Parenting Coordinator with extensive experience dealing with high-conflict cases. Jessica tries to minimize court intervention by making timely decisions and assisting parties with communication to focus on the child's best interests, and by ultimately utilizing each party's individual strengths to work together for the betterment of the child. 

Ms. Breitowich was admitted to practice law in 2008; has been a R: 1:40 Qualified Mediator since 2016; is trained in Collaborative Divorce since 2020 and has numerous appointments as a Parenting Coordinator and Guardian ad Litem. Her practice is inclusive and devoted to families going through high conflict matters.

Ms. Hinkle has a lengthy history in family law practice, experience as a mediator, and also has a Masters in Education which qualifies her to effectively assist in a verse range of high conflict cases by instilling practical approaches that prioritize the needs of children consistent with Parenting Coordinator Program guidelines. She strives for prompt, but thoroughly analyzed solutions. 

During his 50 years of practice, Bill has worked with families and courts across the State, acting as attorney, parenting coordinator, guardian ad litem, arbitrator, and mediator in high-conflict matter involving issues related to mental health, domestic violence, and finances.

Experienced South Jersey family law attorney, Rule 1:40 economic mediator, collaboratively trained divorce lawyer, paired with my background as a special education teacher and involved step-parent allows me to consider and frame legal issues and assist folks in finding practical and out-of-the box solutions to issues in dispute. With an MSW and a law degree, I have worked with families going through separation and divorce for over 31 years. My practice is devoted to resolving conflict, and, when children are involved, focusing on their happiness and well-being. Parenting coordination gives me an opportunity to help parents implement parenting plans, resolve day-to-day child-related disputes in a timely way, and facilitate their communication to reduce conflict and more effectively meet their children's needs. 

I provide Parent Coordination to parents who have experienced an ongoing pattern of high conflict and/or litigation regarding their children. I help parents implement and comply with court orders and parenting plans by making timely decisions to diminish the pattern of unnecessary litigation, animosity and conflict.

I have been practicing family law over 30 years. I am a qualified mediator. I am also trained in collaborative law. I am also a family law litigator, and I am well versed in parenting conflict issues. 

Adam is an experienced mediator with specialized training in domestic violence issues. He is Certified by the Supreme Court as a Matrimonial attorney, is fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and has served two terms on the District XIII Ethics Committee. He is comfortable addressing high conflict cases.

Ms. Dugan has practiced exclusively in the area of family law for over ten (10) years. Ms. Dugan is direct and empathetic, and she approaches each case with a desire to arrive at a practical result. Ms. Dugan appreciates the value that an effective parenting coordinator can bring to a family as they navigate into their new normal.
