Passaic Vicinage to Join MVC for Services for Court Users

The probation division in Passaic County and the state Motor Vehicle Commission will host an MVC Agency on Wheels to offer motor vehicle services to court users on Monday, Aug. 8 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 55 Dale Ave, Paterson. 

The event is being held as part of the Judiciary Opportunities for Building Success (JOBS) program, which connects private companies and non-profit organizations with successful recovery court and probation clients who want to rebuild their lives and want to work. The program has helped connect many people on probation to jobs, job readiness and training, and financial literacy programs. 

Forty-five court users and staff have pre-registered and an additional 25 have been placed on the waiting list. They will be able to renew their licenses, obtain REAL ID, or pay for surcharges.
