ACJC Answer – In the Matter of John F. Russo Jr., Judge of the Superior Court

An answer has been filed in response to a complaint in In the Matter of John F. Russo Jr., Judge of the Superior Court. 

In addition, the Supreme Court issued an order today in response to a motion filed in the matter.

A formal complaint was filed in this matter by the Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct on March 26, 2018 and an amended complaint was filed on Aug. 2, 2018. An answer was filed on May 15, 2018 and an answer to the amended complaint was filed on Sept. 14, 2018. 

A hearing will be held in accordance with the “Rules Governing the Courts of the State of New Jersey, Rule 2:15 Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct,” available at njcourts.gov.
