It is ORDERED that the August 14, 2020 order designating as Wiretap Judges those Superior Court judges authorized to receive applications for and to enter orders authorizing interceptions of wire, electronic or oral communications pursuant to the New Jersey Wiretapping and Electronic Surveillance Control Act, N.J.S.A. 2A:156A-1 et seq. ("Wiretap Judges Order"), which order has been amended by a series of orders, is further amended effective immediately so as to designate: (1) Superior Court Judge James X. Sattely as a Wiretap Judge for Vicinage 2 (Bergen County), to succeed retired Superior Court Judge Frances 1\McGrogan .in that capacity; and (2) Superior Court Judge John Zunic as a Wiretap Judge for Vicinage 5 (Essex), to succeed retired Superior Court Judge Martin G. Cronin in that designation. ·
