Order – Prospective Recall of Appellate Division Judge Richard J. Geiger to Judicial Service

It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Appellate Division Judge Richard J. Geiger, who will be retiring on pension and having given consent, is hereby recalled by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system other than the Supreme Court effective August 20, 2023 through May 1, 2024; and It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this recall period, Judge Geiger (a) will be assigned to the Appellate Division to complete matters on which he sat, and (b) will continue to serve as Special Master in State v. Cunningham (S-38-22) pursuant to the Court's May 1, 2023 Order in that matter.
