Order - Judge Walter L. Marshall, Jr. - Continued on Judicial Recall

It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Superior Court Judge Walter L. Marshall, Jr., retired on pension and having given consent, is hereby continued on recall by the Supreme Court, for temporary service within the judicial system other than the Supreme Court, for two years effective August 1, 2023 through July 31, 2025,· or until further order; and

It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this two-year recall continuation, Judge Marshall will remain temporarily assigned to the Intensive Supervision Program (ISP) to serve on judicial panels.
