Order - Judge Verna G. Leath – Recalled to Judicial Service.

SUPREME COURT OF NEW JERSEY 

It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Superior Court Judge Verna G. Leath, who will be retiring on pension and having given her consent, is hereby recalled by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system other than the Supreme Court for two years, effective March 6, 2023 through March 5, 2025; and 

It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this two-year recall period, Judge Leath will be temporarily assigned to the Criminal Division of Superior Court in Essex County (Vicinage 5).
