Order – Judge Thomas W. Sumners, Jr. Designated as Presiding Judge of the Appellate Division (Effective May 23, 2023).

It is ORDERED that effective May 23, 2023 and until further order, Appellate Division Judge Thomas W. Sumners, Jr. is designated as Chief Judge of the Appellate Division pursuant to Court Rules 2: 13-l(b) and 1 :33-4(g). This will amend the 2022-2023 General Assignment Order dated August 15, 2022.
