It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Superior Court Judge Scott J. Moynihan, retired on pension and having given his consent, is hereby recalled by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system other than the Supreme Court for two years, effective January 3, 2023 through January 2, 2025; and
It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this two-year recall period, Judge Moynihan will be temporarily assigned to the Criminal Division of Superior Court in Somerset and Warren Counties (Vicinage 13).
