Order - Judge Ronald E. Bookbinder – Judicial Recall Continuation

It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Superior Court Judge Ronald E. Bookbinder, retired on pension and having given his consent, is hereby continued on recall by the Supreme Court, for temporary service within the judicial system other than the Supreme Court, for two years, effective July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2025 or until further order; and

It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this two-year recall continuation, Judge Bookbinder will remain temporarily assigned (1) to the Civil, Family, and General Equity Divisions of Superior Court in Burlington County (Vicinage 3), and (2) to the Intensive Supervision Program (ISP) to serve on judicial panels.
