Order - Judge Robert A. Fall - Short-Term Judicial Recall Continuation.

SUPREME COURT OF NEW JERSEY 

It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Appellate Division Judge Robert A. Fall, retired on pension and having given his consent, is hereby continued on recall by the Supreme Court, effective December 1, 2022 through March 30, 2023, for the limited specific purpose of concluding his assignments as special master (a) in State v. Cassidy, 235 N.J. 482 (2018), pursuant to the Court's January 29, 2019 and July 25, 2019 Orders; and (b) in State v. Zingis, C-653-21, pursuant to the Court's July 27, 2022 Order.
