Order - Judge Kenneth S. Domzalski – Short-term Judicial Recall Continuation

SUPREME COURT OF NEW JERSEY 

It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Superior Court Judge Kenneth S. Domzalski, retired on pension and having given his consent, is hereby continued on recall by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system other than the Supreme Court, effective May 13, 2023 through August 31, 2023 or until further Order; and 

It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this short-term recall continuation, Judge Domzalski will remain temporarily assigned to the Family Division of Superior Court in Burlington County (Vicinage 3).
