Order - Judge Joseph R. Rosa, Jr. – Continued on Judicial Recall
It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Superior Court Judge Joseph R. Rosa, Jr., retired on pension and having given consent, is hereby continued on recall by the Supreme Court, for temporary service within the judicial system other than the Supreme Court, for two years, effective July 2, 2023 through July 1, 2025; and
It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this two-year recall continuation, Judge Rosa will remain temporarily assigned (1) to the Civil Division of Superior Court in Bergen County (Vidnage 2), and (2) to the Intensive Supervision Program (ISP) to serve on judicial panels.
