It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Superior Court Judge Frances A. McGrogan, retired on pension and having given her consent, is hereby recalled by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system other than the Supreme Court for two years, effective January 17, 2023 through January 16,2025;and
It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this two-year recall period, Judge McGrogan will be temporarily assigned to the Criminal Division of Superior Court in Bergen County (Vicinage 2).
