Order - Judge Ernest M. Caposela - Recalled to Judicial Service

It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Assignment Judge Ernest M. Caposela, who will be retiring on pension and having given consent, is hereby recalled by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system other than the Supreme Court for two years, effective May 31, 2023 through May 30, 2025; and

It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this two-year recall period, Judge Caposela will be temporarily assigned to the Superior Court on a statewide basis to assist in the ongoing implementation, maintenance, and improvement of Criminal Justice Reform.
