Order – Judge Darrell M. Fineman – Continued on Judicial Recall

It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Superior Court Judge Darrell M. Fineman, retired on pension and having given his consent, is hereby continued on recall by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system other than the Supreme Court for two years, effective November 30, 2022, or until further Order; and

It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this two-year recall continuation, Judge Fineman will remain temporarily assigned to the Civil and Family Divisions of Superior Court in Vicinage 15 (Cumberland, Gloucester, and Salem Counties) and to the Intensive Supervision Program to serve on judicial panels.
